The Oroville Council Record is a resident-built archive that makes it easier to find out what the Oroville City Council has discussed and decided, without needing to know the meeting date.

This site is independent and unofficial. It is not produced, reviewed or endorsed by the City of Oroville. The meeting video and the City's adopted minutes are the official record.

About the transcripts

Transcripts come from YouTube's automatic captions of the City's meeting videos. They contain errors, especially names and places. Common misspellings are searched automatically, but if a search comes up short, try a variation, and always check the video before quoting anyone.

Gaps

Some meetings have no transcript because the video wasn't captioned, and some documents were never posted or are no longer available from the City. Known gaps are noted where possible.
